After I give you a tracking number your order is out of my control, anything that happens to your packages while in transit is on USPS and you'll have to file a complaint with them.

I don't accept returns, exchanges. Most but not all of my products are personal body products and would be unhygienic to return them. Just please be sure your purchase is what you want before you push the pay now button.

If you would like to mix a few listings together, I'd be more than happy to make an extra listing just for you. 

 

Ingredients:

All products are made in the same room and may contain;

Argon oil, Shea butter, aloe, Olive oil, activated charcoal, avocado butter, oatmeal, coconut milk, essential oils, hemp seed oil, honey, coconut butter, goat's milk, argon oil, mango butter and vitamin E, mica for coloring.

 

Scented Oils:

INGREDIENTS: organic unrefined cold pressed jojoba oil, pure vitamin E.

 

Lipdips/lotion bars --- beeswax, vitamin e, coconut oil, Shea butter, essential oils.

 

Salt soaks --- sea salt, black sea salt, essential oils, Shea butter, vitamin e oil, natural herbs.

 

Candles --- are made with soy, mica for coloring, and essential oils for fragrance.

 

I do not use parabens or harsh sulfates in any of my products.

 

WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?

Unfortunately I do not accept returns on PERSONAL BODY CARE PRODUCTS because it is unhygienic. All of my products come with a detailed description of ingredients so please read and make sure you are not allergic BEFORE YOU BUY.

 

Every package I ship out immediately comes with tracking which I send you that tracking number in the correspondence through messaging as proof. If you are a new buyer and have purchased a large order, sometimes I even require signature at time of arrival also as proof you received your package. All packages are insured.
